General questions

Which file formats do you accept?

STL, STEP, STP and OBJ – up to 50 MB per file. You can attach drawings and supporting files as PDF, DXF, PNG or JPG. 3MF and IGES support is in preparation – for now, please send these files by email.

How is the price calculated?

From the model volume, surface area and bounding box, plus your chosen technology, material, finish, quantity and lead time. Upload a model and you will see the price within seconds.

What is the minimum order value?

MJF, SLS and FDM: €40 excl. VAT (minimum part price €20); SLA: €80 (€40 per part). Minimums are higher for express production.

Which technology should I choose?

For functional parts and batches – MJF or SLS (nylon); for fine detail and a smooth surface – SLA; for low-cost prototypes, large parts and PEEK/ULTEM™ – FDM. Not sure? Choose “What do you need?” in the configurator and we will recommend one.

How long does production take?

Standard production – up to 7 working days (SLA – up to 5); express – up to 4 (SLA – up to 3). Lead time counts from the next working day after the order; finishing may add 1–3 days; shipping is separate.

Can you make a single part?

Yes, we produce from a single part. A minimum part price and a minimum order value apply.

Can you make 100 or more parts?

Yes. Up to 100 units are priced automatically; for larger quantities we prepare a custom quote – usually at a better price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – to all EU countries and many others (UPS, DHL). Within Lithuania – by DPD courier.

Files and models

Can I upload STEP files?

Yes. The original STEP/STP file is kept for production, while a triangle mesh is generated in the browser for preview and pricing. An engineer also checks the geometry of STEP orders before production.

What if my model has errors?

The configurator automatically checks for open surfaces, non-manifold edges, flipped normals and multiple bodies. If it finds problems, it flags the part as “Needs review” – an engineer will fix it or ask you for a corrected file.

My STL looks too small or too large – what should I do?

STL files have no units. If the dimensions look unusual, the configurator will suggest a correction (e.g. ×10 for centimetres or ×25.4 for inches). You can also change the scale manually.

Are my files secure?

Yes. Files are kept in private storage that cannot be reached via a public URL, and only you and our production team can see them. Anonymous unfinished uploads are deleted after 48 hours. We can sign an NDA.

Can I upload a new version of my model?

Yes – click “New revision” in your project. The previous version stays in the history, and the price is recalculated for the new geometry.

Production and quality

What is the minimum wall thickness?

We recommend at least 0.75 mm (down to 0.5 mm for some structures). For load-bearing walls – from 1.5–2 mm. The configurator “Thickness” mode highlights thin areas.

How accurate is 3D printing?

SLA – ±0.2 mm or ±0.2 %, MJF and SLS – ±0.3 mm or ±0.3 %, FDM – ±0.5 mm or ±0.5 % (whichever is greater).

Which finishes are available?

Standard finishing (cleaning and bead blasting) is included. Optional: black dyeing, spray painting, chemical and vibratory smoothing, threaded inserts, thread tapping, hand polishing, impregnation and clear coating.

Do you inspect quality?

Yes – we inspect every order before shipping. On request, we prepare a detailed inspection report.

Can you print threads?

Yes. The most durable option is metal threaded inserts; threads can also be tapped directly into the plastic. You will find both options under finishing.

Ordering and payment

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, card or PayPal. Approved EU business customers can pay by invoice (21 days) from their second order.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. At checkout, select “Company” and enter your company details and VAT number; you can also add a PO number.

Can I get a formal quote?

Yes – click “PDF quote” in your project. For larger projects, we prepare a custom quote.

How do I track my order?

In “My production” you will see the status: received, engineering review, approved, in production, finishing, quality control, ready to ship, shipped. We notify you of every change by email.

Can I reorder the same part?

Yes – click “Reorder” in “My production”. You can change the configuration; the price is recalculated at current rates.
