When to choose
A good fit when…
- you need a low-cost but durable part
- you need a semi-transparent part
- the part is used in a humid environment
When not to
Choose something else when…
- temperatures exceed ~75 °C
- you need outdoor UV resistance – choose ASA
PETG or ABS?
PETG is easier to print, warps less and is more moisture resistant; ABS is more heat resistant and easier to post-process. More: PETG vs ABS.
