Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for production orders.

1. General provisions

These terms apply to 3D printing orders placed on the netsheipasam.com website. The seller is Netsheipas AM, UAB (company code 305671141). The buyer is a natural or legal person with full legal capacity, or their authorised representative.

2. Ordering and contract formation

The contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order with a confirmed configuration and accepts these terms. The price is calculated from the model supplied by the buyer and the selected parameters, and is fixed in the order (together with the pricing version).

3. Production from the customer model

Parts are produced according to the 3D model supplied by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the model meets their needs (dimensions, tolerances, intended use). The seller reviews the model before production and, if it finds that the model cannot be properly produced with the selected technology, informs the buyer within 2 working days and proposes corrections or cancels the order and refunds the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros excluding and including VAT. For payment methods, see “Payment methods”. Production starts once payment is received, except for approved business customers paying on invoice.

5. Lead times and delivery

The production lead time is counted in working days from the next working day after the order is confirmed and paid. The delivery time and price depend on the selected method.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Parts are produced to the buyer’s individual specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania). Defective products are replaced or refunded – see “Returns”.

7. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Models supplied by the buyer remain the property of the buyer and are used only to fulfil the order. The buyer warrants that they have the right to have the supplied model produced.

8. Liability

The automated geometry analysis and material recommendations are supporting information, not an engineering certification. The seller is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of a part other than for its intended purpose.

9. Disputes

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
