What data we process and why

• Order data (name, email, phone, address, company details, order contents) – to perform the contract and for accounting.
• Uploaded 3D models and drawings – to calculate the price and fulfil the order. Handled confidentially, see Security.
• Enquiry data – to answer your question or prepare a quote.
• Account data – to store projects, orders and files.
• Technical data (IP address, browser) – for security and abuse prevention.

Retention periods

• Anonymous uploads and unfinished projects – up to 48 hours.
• Order data – for the period required by law (accounting documents – 10 years).
• Account data – while the account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

• Essential: session, cart/checkout, recognising your project in this browser (cookie “nsc_g”, 30 days).
• Analytics (if enabled): used only with your consent; no file names or model data are sent to them.

Data recipients

Courier services (for delivery), payment service providers (for payment), the website hosting provider. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Contact info@netsheipasam.com. You can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
