Pricing and Lead Times
The price of 3D printing depends on the part volume, surface area and bounding box, the technology, material, finish, quantity and lead time. The minimum part price starts at €20 (SLA – €40), and the minimum order value starts at €40 excl. VAT.
The calculator shows the exact price in seconds. Here are the rules it follows.
By technology
Prices excl. VAT. Production time is counted in business days from the business day after order confirmation.

The minimum order value applies to each technology’s parts separately; if the total is lower, the calculator adds a clearly marked surcharge. Custom quote when a batch exceeds 100 pcs or the project value exceeds ~€500.
What makes up the price
- Material – part volume × material rate.
- Build space and time – in powder technologies (MJF, SLS) the bounding box matters, because it occupies build chamber volume; in SLA and FDM, surface area and supports matter.
- Handling – unpacking, cleaning, quality inspection.
- Finishing – dyeing, smoothing, inserts (based on surface area and quantity).
- Quantity – volume discounts apply from 5 units; large quantities are quoted individually.
- Lead time – express production costs more and has higher minimums.
How to reduce the price
- Hollow walls instead of a solid volume (for powder technologies, leave 2 openings for the powder to escape).
- Several parts in one order – the minimum order value is shared.
- Standard production instead of express.
- MJF instead of SLA for batches, FDM for large simple parts.

Production and delivery times
Lead time is counted in working days from the next working day after order confirmation. Additional finishing adds 1–3 days. Delivery time is added separately – see shipping.
About pricing and lead times
Why does a small part cost €20?
Every part goes through build preparation, unpacking, cleaning and quality inspection – these are fixed costs. That is why a minimum part price applies. When you order several parts or batches, the unit price drops.
Does the price include VAT?
The calculator shows the price both excluding and including VAT (21 %). We issue VAT invoices to companies.
Can I get a formal PDF quote?
Yes – click “PDF quote” in your project. It lists the parts, materials, quantities, prices, VAT, lead times and validity date.
